appearance
Standing at a good six feet tall, Guy has short, spiky blond hair that he somehow finds the time to gel up every morning. His eyes are an shade between teal and dark green, and his skin is relatively tanned from working out in the sun. When he remembers, Guy is usually wearing loose, casual clothing and he usually has at least one article of orange clothing.
When he is at at work, he usually puts on a pair of dark brown coveralls over his normal clothes to keep oil stains and other messes from getting onto his clothes, and wears boots in place of his usual sneakers. However, he often forgets (or gets too tired) to take off his work clothes and will walk around in them comfortably. |

personality
Guy is a real gentleman, especially towards the ladies. He has an amiable personality that makes it hard for him to say 'no' to anyone, so he often ends up doing things that he really rather wouldn't. Like walking his neighbour's six dogs every weekend. And a few years ago, somehow even got netted into babysitting the Fabres' kids whenever Mr. and Mrs. Fabre had an evening out.
While normally, Guy is friendly and outgoing, he is capable of holding deep grudges for a long time. But that's only for people who really piss him off, like the thief that murdered his parents. A jail term wasn't enough; he deserved to die for what he did! But Guy tries not to let his grudges show, so he doesn't make anybody feel uncomfortable. |

history
The youngest, but the only male, child in the family, Guy led a fairly normal life. Up until the year he turned fourteen. But first, we need to have a little summary of his life up until then.
The Cecil family had always been well off. While they were neither rich nor famous, they got by in the populated city of Oeste. Mary had been in her first year of university, in Centro, and Guy had just entered Oeste High when it happened. The day had been a normal day like always, him bidding his parents goodbye as he left for school, and the school day itself had been nothing special. It was when he was a meter from his doorstep after school that he first heard his father's yell.
The young Guy had fumbled with his keys out of terror and had barely just turned the lock when the door slammed open and he had been thrown to the ground in a daze. He barely had time to see a figure dash away before his mind got a grip on reality. His schoolbag was tossed away to the side, forgotten, as Guy ran through the house screaming for his parents. He reached the kitchen and nearly passed out at the sight of his mother lying on the ground, motionless.
Guy called for her as he crawled up to her body before he buried his face in the crumpled fabric of her dress and screamed and dissolved into sobs until the police arrived. The murderer had been after the safe, they told him.
Mary withdrew from university and moved them to another apartment after selling the family's house. She nearly singlehandedly raised him, and Guy looked up to her like no one else. It had been weeks before he'd gone back to school, a bit quieter but he was a strong kid. He got through it, with the help of his sister. After graduating high school, having more interest in machinery than academics, Guy had refrained from going to university and instead, found an apprenticeship with a local mechanic. He also found his own apartment.
After finishing up his apprenticeship, Guy had used the money he'd saved up to buy a small shop that was going out of business, and turned it into a mechanic shop. He called it 'Guy's Mechanic Shop', where people could come to him to fix any broken machinery. He especially loved working on automobiles, but hey, a guy had to make a living somehow. In his own free time, he worked on a car that he was putting together from scraps he'd found. |
